In a region where as many as 25 percent of the population is HIV+, a South African Catholic Bishop promotes condom use against church doctrine and a young woman educates children about prevention of the disease. In Nepal, an activist fights against the trafficking of girls to Indian brothels and in Nigeria a popular HIV+ television host uses her show to discuss the challenges of living with the disease.
