Dangerous Encounters with Brady Barr

National Geographic's reptile expert travels the world to wrestle with crocodiles and capture giant cobras, all in the name of science.
Reptile expert Dr. Brady Barr is the first scientist to capture and study all 23 species of crocodilians in the world. One third of all croc species are endangered and for the past 15 years Brady’s work has been dedicated to learning how to best preserve these animals in the wild.

National Geographic’s series “Dangerous Encounters with Brady Barr” follows Barr all over the globe on his reptilian adventures from relocating a giant cobra in India to studying blind crocodiles in Costa Rica.

The online series includes short, fast-paced videos with action shots in jungles and swamps around the world, campy music and interviews with the high-spirited scientist.
